Outbound Sales Representative

    Remote work

  • Mission:

    The core mission of the Outbound Sales Representative is to increase the company’s revenue by creating new leads via outbound sales tactics and transforming them into customers. Outbound Sales Representative is expected to make cold calls, cold e-mails, LinkedIn messages in addition to following up on leads from marketing activities. Customer contact is mainly via e-mail and telephone.

  • Accountabilities:

    Generate revenue:

    • 10.000 EUR monthly within 3 months
    • 20.000 EUR monthly within 6 months

    Customer volume:

    • closes sales with at least 2 customers monthly within 3 months
    • closes sales with at least 4 customers monthly within 6 months

    Activity (tracked by completion of daily activity sheets):

    • Cold calls
    • Cold e-mails
    • LinkedIn messages
